The design of this heating installation is based on the greenhouse surface area of 8.672 m² .
This greenhouse project consists of a total of 4 climate zones. In the greenhouse each climate zone is provided with a table heating and upper heating system with gable heating system behind the outside gables. The monorail pipe and tube rail heating system is divided in 4 separate controlled sections
system. Furthermore the boiler installation will consist of 1 boiler make: Crone, type: CLM 115, with a capacity of 3600 kW with a Vitotherm burner and gasline, as well as a partial flow filter. The piping in the boiler room and all mixing groups will be insulated.

After installing the heating installation of the 2nd phase in 2013, JV Energy Solutions has installed another 3 ha. of tuberail heating, CO-2 installation, Lighting (3 + 7,5 ha.), low and medium voltage installation as well as a CHP installation JMS 616 (2,4 MW).
CO2 installation
The 5 phases in the greenhouse will be provided with 4 hoses Ø 60 mm per trellis of 24’. For the dosing of the CO₂ we supply and install 1 CO2-fan, of the make Van Dijk, with an electrical servo of 37 kW.
The Co2 fan is placed on a galvanized bracket and connected to the existing aluminum flue gas chimney. The CO₂-fan will be equipped with a frequency driver.
The delivery and installation of 2 new Crone CLW 115 boilers
2 Boiler condenser installation incl. 2 Gas burner installations, as well as a gas pipeline incl. gas regulator. The new piping will be insulated. Finally we will install a Sotex expansion
