Delivery of Lemnis Oreon Grow Light 2.2 LB (Low Blue) EV (extended voltage) fixtures 347V 60Hz including connection cord and mounting bracket for C-profile.

For the installation of the lighting fixtures the following components we have delivered:

  • Cable tray
  • C-profile
  • String cabling
  • Semi supply cables
  • Electric switch panels in greenhouse

For cooling the Lemnis Oreon lighting fixtures we deliver and install a cooling system with two main supply lines at the side gables and one return line in the middle of the greenhouse. Between the main supply and return lines we install a Ø 22 mm Alupex tube which will be placed in series with the lighting fixtures per C-profile.

We will install a heat exchanger and a dry cooler in the cooling circuit of the lighting fixtures

The first phase of 10 ha. was heated by JV Energy Solutions in 2013. Meanwhile we have started with the installation of the heating in the 2nd phase of 10 ha.

The installation consists of a 14 milj. kW boiler installation, CO2 installation, underground transport lines, tube rail heating 10x Ø51 and grow tube heating 10x Ø51. In this project we install 13 containers with groundpipe and 770,800' of 2"od x .095 (235 kilometers tube Ø51)

The design of the heating installation is based on the greenhouse surface area of 91.160 m², and the future expansion of phase 4.

The existing boiler room is prepared with a manifold Ø910 mm and spare connections for the new phases. The new greenhouse project consists of a total of 10 departments. The greenhouse heating installation consists of: Tube rail heating (10 x Ø51x2,4 mm) Grow tube heating (10x Ø51x2,4 mm) and gable heating.

Also the greenhouse is provided with a CO₂ dosing installation connected to the flue gas collector that is connected to the flue gas condensers of the gas fired boilers in the boiler room and the connection to Greenfield Ethanol Plant.


UPDATE - September 18, 2017

Heat connection between the GFE heat delivery point at the other side of Bloomfield road and the boiler room installation of Truly Green Farms.

In the Truly Green boiler room we install four heat exchangers with a total capacity of 24,2 MW heat exchangers to separate the greenhouse heating installation from the GFE waste heat installation.

At the G.F.E. side of the heat exchanger a pump group will be installed, consisting of 1 circulation pump with frequency drive per heat exchanger. At the Truly Green side of the heat exchanger a pump group will be installed, consisting of 1 circulation pumps with frequency drive per heat exchanger.

The GFE side of the heat exchangers will be connected to the heat delivery point with DN 400 piping. In the boiler room high mounted on a steel structure and outside subsoil mounted as pre-insulated piping.

The Truly Green side of the heat exchangers is connected to the main Supply and Return lines of the boiler room installation and also to the return lines of the tube rail and grow pipe heating groups on the manifold.Using motorized butterfly valves it is possible to choose between these 2 connection points.

For the existing 9,12 Ha phase1 and new build phase 2 greenhouse GFE delivers the total greenhouse heat demand up to an outside temperature of -10°C (24 MW).



Pure Sun

The design of the heating & dehumidification installation is based on the greenhouse surface area of 10.000 m². We deliver and install 2 pc. 2000 m³ hot water storage tanks, which will be connected to the existing installation. The existing climate system will be renovated in 4 phases and will exist of, 8x Ø51 tube rail heating, 8x Ø38 grow tube heating, 4x Ø38 snow heating.

The greenhouse will also be provided with an Active Ventilation System to dehumidify the greenhouse air. The system is based on actively ventilating the greenhouse air which is achieved by using high efficiency fans to draw in and distribute the outside air over the greenhouse. The system maintains circulation by having a small, forced air flow, which improves the greenhouse climate and saves energy.

The design of the heating and cooling installation is based on the greenhouse surface area of 21.298 m².

We will deliver and install 2 traditional 3 pass boilers, make: Crone and a 600 m³ hot water storage tank including nitrogen expansion system.

The boiler room is prepared with a heating manifold incl. spare connections for the new phase. The new greenhouse project consists of a total of 8 climate zones. In the greenhouse each climate zone is provided with a floor heating, a hoist heating and gable heating system

The greenhouse is also provided with a CO₂ dosing installation connected to the flue gas condensers of the gas fired boilers in the boiler room.

Cooling installation

We will deliver and install 2 chillers outside the technical room. In the technical room a manifold will be delivered and placed for 8 zones. In the greenhouse 72 cool units will be installed.

The heating and cooling installation will be insulated.


 

The design of the heating installation is based on the greenhouse surface area 26.284,8 m² and the future phase with a surface of 12.076,8 m².

The greenhouse project consists of a total of 6 climate zones with one central corridor and none service building zones. In the greenhouse each climate zone is provided with a floor, grow tube and upper heating system with gable heating system behind the outside gables. Also the greenhouse is provided with a CO₂ dosing installation connected to the existing CO2 tube. The first trellis is 16 meter. In this trellis is an pathway.

We deliver and install 1 traditional 3 pass boiler, make: Crone, including  a Zantinhg  gasburner and flue gas condenser.

The heating installation consist of a high temperature transport line circuit from the existing manifold to the new greenhouse.

The six heating departments in the greenhouse will be provide with a concrete floor heating system of 42 pieces PE hose ø 25x 2,7 mm, per 12,8 mtr. center to center 300 mm, connected to the high temperature transport line.

The hoistable grow pipe heating system of 16 tubes Forcas ø 35 x 1,20 mm. per 12,8 mtr. The grow tube is mounted in the lifting installation.

The upper heating consists of 6 heating tubes Ø 76 x 2,25 mm per 12,80 meter trellis

The middle walk way / corridor heating consists of 6 tubes Ø 51 x 2,25 mm high mounted in galvanized rings at the lower trellis beam

The walk way in the first trellis heating consists of 6 tubes Ø 51 x 2,25 mm high mounted in galvanized rings at the lower trellis beam.
